Job Overview:
As our Senior Performance Marketing Professional, you’ll lead and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns to drive customer acquisition, improve engagement, and boost ROI. Your proven experience in scaling D2C brands and expertise in data-driven marketing will help take our performance marketing strategy to the next level. Experience in the fashion industry is a significant advantage, providing insights into customer behavior and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing strategies across key channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and emerging digital platforms.
• Manage a high-performing advertising budget to ensure maximized ROI and scalable growth.
• Use data analysis and reporting tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, driving adjustments as necessary for optimal results.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new approaches to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive strategy across marketing channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in D2C marketing, with a particular focus on fashion (if applicable).
• Identify and leverage new platforms and tools to optimize ad targeting and improve customer acquisition.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a track record in scaling D2C brands.
• Proven expertise in paid advertising channels, especially Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other social media and display networks.
• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage advertising budgets effectively to meet KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Fashion industry experience is a strong plus, offering insights into customer journeys, seasonal trends, and creative strategies.

Meeting clients in their homes, you will take precise measurements, offer expert style advice, and guide them in selecting fabrics, fits, and finishes that complement their individual style. Your knowledge of men’s fashion and attention to detail will help elevate each client’s wardrobe and ensure they feel confident and stylish in every garment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand clients’ style preferences, lifestyle, and wardrobe needs.
• Take accurate body measurements using best practices in menswear tailoring and ensure client records are updated meticulously.
• Provide expert advice on fabric selection, fits, styles, and trends to guide clients in making choices that align with their personal taste and lifestyle.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of TSD’s product offerings, including fabric types, fit options, and finishing details.
• Ensure a smooth ordering process by assisting clients with decisions, entering orders, and managing expectations for delivery timelines.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on men’s fashion trends and share relevant insights with clients to inspire and enhance their style.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in menswear, personal styling, or a similar client-facing role in the fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of fit, fabrics, and tailoring techniques in made-to-measure menswear.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service and personalized styling.
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in taking measurements.
• Ability to work independently and manage scheduling for client appointments.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home client appointments.
• Enthusiasm for men’s fashion and a professional appearance that reflects TSD’s commitment to style and sophistication.
